Shipping & Returns
All items will be sent on the day of purchase, providing orders are placed before 3pm. The Postal Service will be by UK Mail & Royal Mail tracked, based on the order.
For all tracked items, you will receive a tracking number to our shipping providers, where you can track your order.
Expect to receive your item within 1-2 working days.
Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive your item within 5 days.
If you simply change your mind after receiving your item then you can return any unopened items within 14 days of purchase date for a refund, excluding the postage cost for sending the item out.
For any item received damaged during transit, please take photos and send it to us. We will review them and will share the possible options which may include a partial refund or return – based on the condition of item.
Notice of intention to return an item must be received within 7 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit / credit (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you receive item in damaged condition, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Any altered, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production.
